Because our flight got cancelled due to a SAS strike, we had to stay 3 more days in Norway. We decided to make the best out of it and drove back to the fjords!! We drove from Oslo to Gaustottopen, one of the most famous hiking mountains in Norway, then we continued to Odda. It was a very scenic ride and on our way, we stopped at Latofessen waterfall. We stayed at Brakanes Hotel in Ulvik where we got chance to swim in the cold fjords!! The next day we tried some local apple cider at Hardanger Siderfabrikk. We drove over the longest suspension bridge in Norway, Hardanger Bridge, on the way to Eidfjord. Our last stop was at one of the highest waterfall of Norway, Vorinsfossen waterfall. After all, we our enjoyed additional time in the beautiful country of NORWAY!! Hope you enjoyed our Norway videos and subscribe for more adventures!

Someone working in Norway can bring their spouse or children with them on a family immigration visa.
However, if you have a distant family member living in Norway, you will most likely be unable to obtain a Norway residence permit through them.
If you are an adult, and even if you have a parent who lives here, you will only be granted a residence permit if you can prove that you earn a certain minimum wage.

We all want to be forgiven for our screw-ups. The problem is we’re taught how to forgive others, but not how to ask for it ourselves. Peder Tellefsdal learned this the hard way. For many years he lived a double life: respected political advisor by day, “Party Peder” by night. When his guilt and regret finally pulled him into a deep hole of despair, he embarked on a “forgiveness road trip” - to take responsibility for his actions, one small act at a time. We are what we do, not what we say. And in this talk, Peder shares the tools he discovered to truly own our screw-ups when relationships are on the line. Peder Tellefsdal believes that what we do in small, we do in large.

For 12 years he worked as a political advisor, shaping reforms and advising politicians on media and public debates. Today he’s a Senior Communications Advisor and partner at Innoventi. In both fields he discovered the power of trust - not just building it, but practicing it in the small, daily moments.

Illegal Arrest of Crew of M.T. Heroic Idun @PMO India @Aaj Tak @IndiaTV@OSM Maritime Group

We, the crew of MT Heroic Idun would like to request for help and assistance to get us released and be brought back to India from Equatorial Guinea where we have been held unlawfully since 14th August 2022.

The vessel has a crew of 26 persons; out of that we have 16 Indians, 8 Sri Lankans, 1 Polish and 1 Filipino national onboard.

On 12th August, the ship was arrested by Equatorial Guinea naval vessel from International Waters and brought to Luba Port on 14th August 2022.

15 crew members were taken ashore on the same day consisting of 9 Indians and have been held in detention at Malabo till today. 11 crew members were left on the ship out of which are 6 Indian nationals. The Owners, Managers and crew of the vessel have fully cooperated with all the investigations carried out by the Equatorial Guinea authorities. The crew ashore were even interrogated by Nigerian officials 3 times during our stay here.

On 28th September 2022, the crew ashore in Malabo were presented with a resolution stating the offences committed and the fine to be paid for the same. To facilitate an early release of the crew from captivity fearing serious health concerns the owners of the vessel immediately paid the fine within a week and same has been confirmed received by the Equatorial Guinea authorities.

However, post that no information has been provided to us, the crew and ship are still held in Equatorial Guinea under arrest till date.
