Countryfest is a series of records published by the label Talent from 1975 to 1981. The series began as a salesman from Vidar Lønn-Arnesen's TV program Landhandleren, which went on NRK. The point was to sing American country songs in Norwegian. The series was a success and eventually came in eight issues.

The main artists of the series were Lillian Askeland, Ottar Johansen and Bjøro Håland, with guest artists such as Gro Anita Schønn, Rita Engebretsen, Helge Borglund, and Vidar Lønn-Arnesen himself singing on several issues. The orchestra that played was Country Snakes and Country Team. The series' various editions were included on the VG list, and sold a total of around 500,000 units in Norway.
