The much-anticipated monsoon rain in Shillong is here! A blessing for many, an annoyance for others - Shillong roads, being the worst affected.

These videos were taken at Lachumiere where the road was seen under water as heavy rain lashed Shillong on June 9.

Blame it on lack of proper drainage system?
